Magic Bus Spring Ride
All bikes welcome. FREE ride. Even though it is spring, the Magic Bus Spring Ride is a snowball ride, because other riders along the route can join. Ride starts at 9:30am at Sheetz gas station on Capital Blvd (Rte 1), in North Raleigh, and heads to Wake County Custom Cycles, South Saunders Street, Raleigh (near Ray Price H-D). If it is past 10am, we do not sit and wait, so don’t be late! From Saunders Street, the route is very scenic past Lake Wheeler, then turns right onto Hwy 401, going through Fuquay Varina. Gas stop, (brunch stop is up to the riders), then on to Lillington. After the Lillington downtown area, we take a right onto Hwy 210, through the countryside into Spring Lake, then take Bragg Blvd through Fort Bragg into Fayetteville, arriving at Legends Pub at noon for the Gypsy Women Spring Fling.

Hogs and Rags Annual Spring Rally to Myrtle Beach
In an effort to sponsor an event that will benefit families affected by Autism and Cancer we are coordinating a Rally to Myrtle Beach Hogs (motorcycles) and Rags (convertibles).
The event participant donation is $40, and will begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning April 28, 2007 at the Special Ops Museum in Fayetteville NC, traveling to Rocking "A" Farm, arriving at approximately 9:30am, located on River Road in White Oak, North Carolina. A "full course" country breakfast/buffet shall be served. Participants and guests shall gather with their hogs (motorcycles) and rags (convertibles) at that time. Subsequent to a country breakfast/buffet participants shall be escorted by Law Enforcement officials from White Oak, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC with a relaxation stop in Chadbourn, NC.
Upon arrival in Myrtle Beach, a luncheon shall be served and door prizes shall be awarded. Obviously, it is anticipated that much socializing and enjoyment shall occur at all the events and along the way.

Sponsored by HabCare Facilities, Inc. Windsor, NC. Motorcyle and cars will leave at 10:30am from Windsor Courthouse at 129 E. Granville Street traveling to Williamston,Tarboro, through Rocky Mount picking up 95 north to Roanoke Rapids, Jackson, Rich Square, Lewiston, ending at 2:30pm at Windsor Park with a Pig Pickin. Minimum donation of $20. Riders will receive a free tee-shirt for the ride.

The National Coalition of Motorcyclists (NCOM) has chosen to be in Charlotte for this years national convention. As of 4/7/07, reservations for the rooms booked for the convention have been sold out. 15th Annual MC Rodeo, Bike Show, Bike Games and the 1st Annual Battle of the Bands
Vendors get free vendor space and 2 free admissions. Gate fee $10 single, $15 couple. Gates open for vendors and bands 9:00 am. General Public gates open 12 noon. Bike show,bike game registration 12:30-1:00. Bike judging 1-2:00 pm. Bike Games 3-5:30pm. Bike show awards for 1,2,3rd place in each class and best of show. Bike Games,no enduro or street/trail bikes may enter, gets an award for 1st place in each event and a trophy for most events won as Rodeo King. Bands start to play 2:00 pm, and each band will play 25 minute sets. Band gets cash prizes for 1st and 2d place plus trophies. Final award ceremony for all 6:oo pm. Every May, this 11 day event features a 10 day trip across the country from Ontario, California, and ends with the Rolling Thunder ride into Washington DC on or about Memorial Day. The ride calls attention to POW-MIA issues. It also is an opportunity for all Americans to welcome veterans home. Troops who served the country should never again be treated like second class citizens, as was often the case during the Vietnam War.

I-95 Helmet Law Protest Rally and Ride!
When: Last Sunday of Myrtle Beach Bike Week, every year:
Location: South of the Border, I-95 and US 301/501 Dillon, SC
On your way back from Myrtle Beach Bike Week, enjoy a freedom ride in protest of mandatory motorcycle helmet laws! Of course, you CAN wear a helmet if you like! This ride is not organized, sponsored, or supported by anyone except other bikers. PLEASE - It is absolutely crucial that you ride sober, responsibly, and safely.
Begin lining up at 10am. Ride briefing at 10:45. Kickstands up at 11am.
Be advised that there are mandatory helmet laws in most of the states north of South Carolina, and there is a high likelihood of being pulled over and ticketed. If you are ticketed, it is up to you to decide whether to help the states by paying the fines, or become a freedom fighter by arguing it in court.
